Payments made are considered a deposit for your order. Deposits reserve your date, go towards the order total and are non-refundable. The order minimum for a bOp Cluster is $35; you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance once we've discussed and finalized the details of your order if additional items are added.
Unfortunately due to the temporary nature of balloons, we cannot provide a preview of your bouquet.
